Additional fees may apply when a maintenance issue requires more than one hour of management time beyond routine handling, for after-hours emergency response, manager-performed minor labor, additional inspections beyond the quarterly routine, and project management on repairs or improvements exceeding $500. These situations are the exception, not the rule, and you will be made aware of them.
