Covered Bridge began with Liam Borner helping his family renovate and manage rental properties in Vermont. Through that experience, he saw how much time, coordination, and stress can come with being a landlord, and how much easier it can be with the right support. He founded Covered Bridge to take that burden off property owners, help them make the most of their rentals, and connect more people with quality housing in Vermont.
Liam is also a licensed real estate salesperson and REALTOR® with Pall Spera Company Realtors, which gives him a close read on local rents and property values. Covered Bridge Property Management is a separate company and operates independently of the brokerage.

Based in Morrisville, we live and work in the communities we serve. We know the seasons, the local vendors, and what a Vermont winter asks of a rental property.
When he's not managing properties, Liam can be found on the trails. He's an Eagle Scout and a lifelong outdoorsman.
